The main character of this story is Jean Valjean. He is French, poor people. One day, he stole a bread from bakery because he had to feed his family. However, he arrested and be put pison for 19 years for only a bread stealing. He became greedy in this period. However, meeting with a great bishop changed his life.
I have read this book before. This story is sad, but it makes us brave.
